My dad had opportunity to tour a slaughter plant (a very long time ago).
He was told of the number of condemned livers that was 'normal'.
For kicks he positioned himself by the conveyor where the livers were sorted.
He said - - - in all the time I stood there (assuming that it was for well over 20 minutes but he's no longer alive to ask) there wasn't one liver that went into the 'not good' pile.
