We raise them in a old dairy barn. Ventilation is a problem. Over ventilating and creating to much draft (with tunnel ventilation) is just as big of problem as not having enough. Calves don’t like steady breeze on their back no matter what temp or humidity is. Learning curve for sure. That said though when the snow was blowing and sub zero temps going in the barn to feed didn’t seem so bad
