Our 6190rs start horribly with block heaters. The preheater should run automatically anytime it below 32. Leave the key on and you should see the coils on the top right of the steering display. Quick easy way would be a couple magnet heaters on the oil pan and block. Radiant propane heater lying underneath for a couple hours before you try it. Cold transmission takes a lot to turn, absolute essential to hold clutch down when cranking. Splice into the heater hoses and use a gas pickup to circulate the coolant is another idea.
