I agree pasteurizers can work well, but the vet we were talking to said pasteurizers only reduce bacteria in the milk, they don't eliminate it and so he says he will go to his grave saying pasteurization is not a good idea for calf milk. I agree acidifying has its challenges but I want to tour Star Rock Farms and Mercer Vu Farms and see what they are doing to make it work. @cbm is giving me valuable advice on acidification from his experience.
