Acidified free-choice, or acidified bottle/bucket fed?

Free-choice brings a whole set of problems that aren't faced with scheduled bottle or bucket feeding. Agitating the milk regularly, keeping the milk temperature correct, avoiding plugged nipples and hoses, etc.

If you're already set up for bucket or bottle feeding, I would just feed acidified milk through the same system. If it sits overnight before use, the clabbered milk can be whipped up easily enough to feed through a conventional bottle.

We would just feed it through our current bottle/bucket system I think. When we did it before it was free choice which gave us a lot more frustrations with it.
