Trimble did have a required update a couple years ago, so the tech may have been right there.
So You own the tower and rent the signal out?
If that's the case, a nice short letter from a lawyer informing Vantage of your lost revenue might motivate someone to get out there and fix your problem. But I also don't know how the Canadian court system works either.
