Cherokee iowa | Thanks for teaching me guys. I’ll have to buy some reds to set aside while I hammer the white. I thought about adding two or three bottles every year to start a collection. Shooting for a 7-10 year hoard. Then every year have 2-3 bottles aged to drink. Do others collect wine? And how do they stock there cellar? Edit any suggestions on a good wine to age also appreciated.
