I wouldn't worry too much about toxo, as far as I know it's like in humans, they've probably already had it and the danger comes if they get it the first time at a vulnerable stage of pregnancy. Old hay will be lacking in Vit A, maybe others, but otherwise fine. You're not grinding it, so the sheep will stay away from bad parts as long as you don't force them to pick it clean.

Dunno about that 'don't worry about toxoplasmosis' - - - I've had a couple of total wipe outs.
By that I mean that I landed up with a sick number of lambs - - one case ZERO lambs, the other time it worked out to about 0.75 lambs per drop where the other groups were running somewhat over 2 lambs per drop.
Toxo is real hard on profitability.
(Also found it made doing a good job of things very difficult - - - it got real hard walking into the barn to only find more dead lambs - - - got to where it sure wasn't fun doing chores/checking the girls!!)

Hope you never get an incident! - - - - Its devastating!!!!!!
