coast of Maine | The son knows what issues she has.They likely are severe.I would not try to save the world.Buy her a house ?Never.Rent her a house with gov subsidy??maybe maybe not.She and many like her that do not plan ahead will become ones in poverty as they age.Wether its mental health,drug and alcohol issues ,lots will end up helpless.I had a childhood friend who was a big drinker,followed his alcoholic mom /dad to Florida as a 20 something guy.They passed.He was homeless street bum for over 10 years.Just found out he got run over and died last month.Sad but this was his choice way way back.He came by 20 years ago to see me,,he was such a mental mess I could barely talk to him.I knew then that he would die young from alcoholism.He followed his parents,,wrong thing.Your friend following her son..wrong also.You see the results.Likely mental health is her issue..I cant deal with that myself,,others like you may be able to. | |
