What happens when the rent isn't paid? I'd consider doing this for my mother, but I think that would be a real possibility since she still owes me money that she "borrowed" from when I was a teenager.
Doesn't Section Eight basically guarantee that the government will pay the rent? I've never worked with this to know myself.
