| I have an electric Masterbuilt that uses wood chips for smoke and flavor.
I also have a Traeger pellet grill.
A friend has a PitBoss.
I was a diehard charcoal guy but never could do ribs or brisket very great with that. I did lots of steaks and hamburgers along with chicken and hotdogs but that was about it.
These others make life really nice. Set the temp and let it go. I would recommend a pellet grill. | |
