Here is what I would do.
Make the alley divider centered. (Green line)
Put a blue gate at the top of the picture so it can do a sweep around the turn.
Put a blue gate on the left side so you can grab it after the top gate comes all the way around.
Put the 3rd blue gate in the right side so you can grab it to swing and force on into the alley.
Like others have said put full sheet metal or plywood so the cattle can't see out. Also move the no back out of the way so the entrance is unobstructed.
