Big Sky Country
Damn!

I don’t like the way they go into that—whatever—pen and are supposed to hook a left and proceed down alley.

And look at what cow sees: looking outa the sun into some kinda dark torture chamber. Contrasted with light and airy gates. In an area too big—every time they play ring around the rosy, it’ll get harder.

And the ‘No back’ right at the entry—-hardly an enticement. If you want that, I’d move it up—maybe hold 2 cows. If you got them, ones behind will be easier to load. Put a little gate that swings to lock them in.

Pen to the north appears to be doing nothing—and solid fence on s end. I’d maybe come in thru there, put a gate on s, then into. ‘Whatever’ pen. Which I’ve made 12’ wide and put ‘no Looky’’ sides/gates on. Light/plywood, tin, whatever—just sheet what ya got.

Wa t to make it/cows work good? Mosey them in a few times, leave chute wide open, casually ‘process ‘ them thru. Second time will take about half the time first did.
