I’d cut out the full metal sides of the alleyway so the cows can see. I’d make the tub/swing gates full covered with plywood or metal.
In the crowd area ahead of the alleyway, I’d try to make some sort of arc following your yellow line in the 1st picture so to eliminate the current square corner where the red gate gets chained/pinned so the red gate can swing completely to the other guard rail fence.
Can you help me improve where my cattle enter the chute?
