Blow them out with a compressor. I like to put a valve on the end and close it 3/4 to let it build some pressure, especially when using a smaller compressor, otherwise it just kind of glugs away and lets the air by.
You'd need a helluva big compressor to blow out a few thousand feet of line.
All water lines around here are 10 feet deep, and even then they freeze now and then. |
