39.48, -82.98 | I was a loyal HP printer buyer for years. Then, they started jerking their customers around. I really needed to print payroll, but it refused -- even in grayscale -- because it said I was low on yellow ink. So I buy the yellow, then get busy with harvest or planting. Afterwards, when I tried to print, suddenly it needed all colors, including the yellow that did nothing while I printed a handful of B/W pages.
It seems that once you install an HP ink cartridge, you have a very limited time to use it. After that, it's off to buy more ink.
Or, off to buy a new printer. I now have two Brother laser printers -- one mono and the other color. Could not be happier with them. | |
