huh... never figured you for the kinda a guy to go down conspiracy rabbit hole. I agree there's folks out there searching for the next latest greatest bio weapons but with the different races and around the world be so intermingled these days I don't see any real practical use of collecting an individuals DNA in furthering weapons research. Its not like the Chinese could develop a weapons that would specifically target Americans based on DNA, without significantly risking wiping out their own population as collateral damage. It would be next to impossible as well, to engineer your own population to be resistant to a man made weapon. It would take generations to achieve and unless you sealed your own boarders the 'resistant' DNA would 'leak' outside your borders through human migration etc, Its just not practical.
Do you think that in 1965 farmers thought there’d be a chemical that kills all plants it touches with no residuals while being safe for animals?
Do you think farmers in 1985 thought Roundup would be sprayed over entire soybean fields safely because of a gene put in to the soybean plants?
They’d have said something like “it’s just not practical.”
