SE Nebraska, Near Misery and Cans Ass!

The last one I did was well trimmed when i got it. I rubbed a bunch of Janes Crazy salt on it, Poured a half a can of Coke on it and wrapped it tightly in Saran wrap in the morning and let it sit  room temp til noon and then put it in back the fridge. I got home at 10PM, set the Pellet smoker on 220  6:30 AM temp was 175, I put a big sheet of HEAVY foil under it, Folded it up around the sides and added a can of 7up  and some more Janes. Turned temp to 300. 10:00 I turned off the Smoker and closed the foil. If I had it to do over again I'd have only gone to 250/75. There were no leftovers. No idea what this sucker weighed but it was big!
