The guys fighting this tooth-and-nail are going to have it blow up in their face in a spectacular way, and it won’t be just them that get harmed.

They could have just let some hunters with ladders do their thing occasionally, but no, they are putting it in front of a federal court that could very well decide a MUCH worse outcome.

Don’t kick a hornets nest. This should be a straightforward approach for these type of situations today. Idiocy and a failure to be pragmatic are going to end up with a federal decision that jeopardizes property rights at a way bigger scale than some survey corners.




Looking back I should not have told my wife that dress didn’t look good.

I agree tax payers will get access to federal lands at the end of the day.
