East of Broken Bow | Is this the case where the hunters crossed the corner with a stepladder, where the feet of the ladder weren't even touching his land?
If so, I would say he was in the wrong. No one 'set foot' on his land, no one did him any harm by being in the air above his land, and no one was in the air above his land for any reason other than they had no choice but to do so to get to the public land they were legally allowed to enter.
