Latimer, Iowa (north central) | We may be giving people to much credit by saying they are pushing an agenda. Seems most likely they just looking for attention and a reaction. No different then a Daisy Duke prancing around in short shorts to get men to look at her butt or high schoolers driving around in a jacked up truck, rolling coal, with a mullet. It’s just people peacocking around saying look at me. Most will grow out of it when they see the world, if they see the world, but most are not pushing an agenda except pay attention to me. There is some agenda pushing going on in this thread though that nobody should think is reasonable views like threatening violence for taking a leak in a bathroom stall. Reality is that most of us live in the middle space somewhere as functional society members and generally the ones far one way or the other eventually move on to a new way or new issue to get attention. |
