It’s reality. Whether you like it or not there are a lot of gay people living as couples and raising kids. We can argue until we are blue in the face about whether it is right or wrong but it is happening and to pretend otherwise is naive. You have the luxury of explaining to your daughter why some people live that way and that you think it is wrong.
There are, and that is a choice they choose to make. If that is what makes them happy, good for them.
Do I agree with it? Well not really, but it is a personnel choice that people can make. I don't agree with smoking marijuana, or tattoos, or lots of other things that people do.
Yes, she will be exposed to it at some point. But it doesn't need to be on a kids cartoon. I'm not ready for those kinds of questions.
