My mom went into hospice yesterday. I was there till 12 pm yesterday went back last night. Today my niece goes there and the hospice nurse is there. They figure out that the nursing home has not administered any medication since her arrival. The nursing home thought it was as needed, not scheduled. It is scheduled and as needed. I am some kind of mad. I am at a loss what to do. I personally delivered the orders from the hospital. I also read them and did not interpret the orders any other way than as they are written. I really am lost....
