Been through it 2x .
We kept wife’s dad at home and grandad at home .
I found them to be very caring people. It’s just a mix up somewhere.
I’d start polite . Most people that know me know that’s not how I normally start .
I do think they don’t give normal meds ?
Just keep them comfortable.
I will say it’s tough going .
