Central Iowa
We do organic in central Iowa too, have been going with Corn -> Peas -> Corn -> Oats -> Soy. Foxtail and waterhemp in soy following corn have been brutal for us so we shifted to growing a rye cover crop after the oats to manage weeds in soy. Would be awesome to have a more local mill but thankfully organic mills have a lower test weight requirement for food grade, I'd be really stressed trying to meet conventional test weight specs consistently here and feed grade is just so cheap...
