My reading also shows that during recycling only 2/3 of the cobalt is captured or reused when a EV battery is recycled. Only about 50 % of the nickel. They tell you 100% of the batteries will be recycled, but never tell you how much is captured and actually recycled unless you dig and dig for that information. Why is that so ?
