This is what PSSI does. They are a cleaning/sanitation contractor for packing plants. Owned by an investment group on the East coast. First place they go to here is the halfway house as they know these people must have jobs while there. But of course they are adults not children. If you've never worked in a packing plant you have no idea how wrong this is.
