MN | Well, MN just gives them a one on one para and they beat the crap out of the para until the para quits. No union protection for para's, and it's all private data with the students so "it doesn't happen" according to the educated idiots running the show. From what some of those kids do an adult would be arrested, not just suspended. Can't expel them because of their "disability". Heck of a solution our DOE came up with.
Administrative work of any kind, but she'll have to remember that she now has to advocate for herself, no union negotiating her wage, office protections, etc.
Getting rid of the DOE and starting over would solve a ton of problems for teachers and the public, but the militant educated idiots that govern are too stupid to realize it and they've brainwashed the teachers.
