If she wants to continue in education she is best to stay in the same district to maintain the benefits and tenure. But sometimes just a change of scenery is what is needed, sped ed is in high demand. My wife started out helping an autistic student and found she liked it so got her education degree and now has been in elementary ed for 15 years doing 1st grade. Your daughter has a ton of options so really just has to decide which way to go. | |
