Western Oregon | Are pork rinds cooked "pork" or are they like cheese balls, "powder" and other ingredients? I remember eating a couple, years ago and they seemed more like "cracklins" with seasoning. I tried a small bag of the brand mentioned here and was very disappointed. Seemed like cheese balls without the cheese, dry powder and a chemical taste. Do I need a more expensive "real" brand of pork rinds? Worried about fillers and processed....James | |
