NW Iowa | When my wife changed to a Keto diet appx 3 years ago and I saw the benefits for her, I slowly made the switch also. Being trained by my parents who lived during the depression, I worked through most of the higher carb food we had on hand rather than throw it away. I think you have the right idea on finishing off the stuff you have as you plan for a trial at least of Keto.
If you decide to change your diet, resolve to actually DO it for a month or more. Give it an honest try. Don't cheat. Would you reward yourself for stopping smoking by keeping cigarettes around so you could have one once in a while???:)
