The last couple of days there was an article about the dangers of 'seed oils.' I searched for seed oils to find that article and surprised that there is a debate about them, of which I was unaware. I'm just trying to cut through the fog that is out there.
A little bit about me. I will be 80 this summer. The government BMI says I'm obese. My doctor this winter says I'm now type 2 diabetic. I've been using Nutrisystem diet the last 2 1/2 months with a little results of weight loss. So I will stop that when their food runs out and thinking of Keto. I know keto does not use seed oils.
I can't say I have any pains or problems using a 'normal' diet using carbs, But maybe? I know I will miss potatoes, corn, beans (such as refried).
I'm just wondering if there is some encouragement or tips out there.
