North West IA/western AZ | Max, I started on a semi low carb diet in early March weighing 196#. Today I weighed 187.5# and I am not hungry. Bacon and eggs for breakfast and then I've been cleaning up the jello cups and other desserts that I had on hand. I've quit french fries and pop at fast food places and eat the meat without the bun. I was never diagnosed with diabetes but everyone 60+ years old with weight problems is at least "pre diabetic". John and Carolynn are much more dedicated to the Keto but I'm finding results just backing off the carbs.
