Iowa | Our daughter went to work at Fareway grocery stores. It’s an iowa/Midwest chain. They’re kinda old school and push the kids to do what’s right, or else they’re let go. They don’t pay the best, but they’re teaching her that working is more important than socializing. I knew I’d taught her good work ethic on the farm, but was concerned about her dogging it and getting used to that going forward. Guess what she has a standing offer as a manager if she’s choose to do that. | |
