West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | I don't know if this a job opportunity where you live, and I'm not sure the job is 100% farm related, but here in the land of 10,000 lakes, farm kids do OK working for one of the dock/boatlift/boat storage businesses if they're not lazy.
Helping take docks/lifts/boats in and out of lakes, light maintenance on docks, boat lifts, and taking winter shrink wrap off boats would be the main job duties. There is some lifting involved...and cold water. Some light maintenance on boats and boat trailers like wash/wax, airing up trailer tires, and greasing trailer wheel bearings could also be job duties. Contacts made with property owners can lead to a side gig of doing light yard and home maintenance on peoples lake properties.
