The 8% was a “disposition fee” that agco finance charged. Our dealer made sure we knew about it and advised us not to lease this time around. Our dealer has been great right along.
I think the requirements for a lease have changed. We have 2 vehicles leased and neither defined anything other that the monthly payment.
