Penn Yan, NY | I guess it depends which party commenced the screwing. We decided to stop leasing because in 2020 agco started charging a sizable fee if you returned leases. That was written into new leases written that year which would be coming to term now.
So…. Now they want to take these lease returns that are costing them less than they can sell them for and charging us an extra 8% fee on top for that privilege. Why would anyone not buy out the lease and trade it under those terms? | |
