Whenever I order hamburger steak in a restaurant it is real good and tasty, is it called the same at the meat counter or do they call it something else? Would like to make it at home.
Do you have a Blackstone? If not, make sure you fry it in the cast iron and use lots of butter. Hamburger steak is the same ground beef they use to make burgers.
