Pittsburg, Kansas | We had one today for lunch.
Just a half pound of hamburger grilled, topped with gouda cheese, then topped with grilled fresh pork belly (cut like bacon only 5x thicker), and finally a fried over easy egg on top. Served with mustard, olives and dill pickle on the side to complete the meal.
Or some other times just a pile of grilled onions on top of the hamburger patty.
