You better get on the right side of this...if you think the Gov is looking out for you, you are sadly mistaken.
I have read it, Nothing more than Armstrong and his lawyers viewpoint, more whitewashing. He was denied not because the government was out to get him but because the case didn't have merit, nothing more. You can convince yourself that the reason the government tried him in the first place was because he wouldn't turn over assets that he claims were his "secrets" as well as his client lists are pure BS, he committed fraud and he was not forced to plea and he stated under allocution that he did "knowingly defraud " clients.
I don't have to get on the "right" side of this....I am on the right side.
