South Central Kansas | Parked in an apartment lot as K-State way back in 1994 or 95 for a football game. Plenty of places to park and it was raining. Got a ticket, I ignored it. When it came time for our daughter to graduate at K-State, she got a notice of an unpaid parking ticket. They would not release her records for her to graduate until it was paid.
On another note, got a ticket somewhere next to a beach in South Carolina, I ignored. We flew down there and rented a car. I ignored the $5.00 ticket. About two months later the ticket and a $25 penalty showed up on our credit card. SO I guess they tracked us through the rental car. Somehow I don't think it was legal for them to get paid through my card.
Pay it and be done.
