NW Washington | Pay the fine and get on with life. It is not worth it to fight the wretched thing as you will probably lose anyway. And the ticket price usually goes up the longer you fiddle around.
They tracked me down once for a parking ticket I got in Vancouver BC in Canada which ended up with a collection agency in Spokane Washington.
