In this case why? Use cash to pay off a 2.5% loan so I can borrow more at higher rate for operating? If their money is cheaper than mine and I have to borrow some might as well borrow the cheapest.
I also have a beginning farmer land note through fsa and not getting in a hurry to pay it off at 1% or whatever it is.
