Sorry for the delayed response. (BSCA) Base Saturation Calcium . In our soils, as a “rule of thumb “when BSCA gets above 72% , building soil potassium is more difficult. As a practice we will pull back on rates of dry K fertilizer and add in furrow liquid K product or add to 32%UAN through YDrops.
