| When land drops 15% the first wave of buyers go after it thinking they got it at a buy, at 30 % lower nobody is really looking to add additional acres because they cant make money in the acres they already have when it drops to half or more all the first drop buyers are getting forced out and nobody has a desire to buy more of what they are losing and cant see away to make money on.
The farmers that have outside businesses will be the ones that set the bottom.
