That is my problem. Where does one park money? Bank CD's are cheap and interest eats away your savings.
Commercial property is subject to depreciation due to higher interest or a down turn in the economy.
Land is at all time highs and if interest goes up it will cheapen. it is also subject to devaluation/ confiscation by the government.
