| Barker - 9/25/2022 13:33 We did our real sandy ground 15-18" deep 48" apart and our Loamy ground at 60" apart. I wanted it at least 15" deep to be able to NH3 if I wanted. We have had ours in 10 years now and it works fine. Way too expensive to put in temporarily unless you had some high value crop. Our drip irrigated is making 240 bu this year, non irrigated around 100 so it's a pretty good ROI.
How much water per acre does it take to go from 100 bpa to 240 bpa?
Any problems with animals digging it up? Animals seem to really like digging in the sandy/gravelly ground we have.
