Subject: Jersey bull calves. Worth it?

I have had medical issues. Had to sell the cattle, after cutting down to 40 cows.
Silo empty, drinkers shut off… a few bulls for few months for neighbor…

So I am doing better. But not feeling dealing with calving. Just yet. I see place selling Jersey week old bull calves $40. I am thinking pick up @10. Mixing milk replacer for 4 or 10 not much harder. Change religion. “Ass to grass” heck I could feed 4 @400 lbs from mower bagger alone.
So mainly Hereford, Angus, shorthorn mix, Simmental…. The Jersey will take few more months, have to sell under 1100 instead plus 1200. (Without lots extra time)
Then next spring, decide if I am good enough to start with cows.

Dumb idea? Part of it butcher what I know. Is Jersey taste different then angus cross raised similar.
