Sw. Ill | They are here on a regular basis now. There are more than in the past for sure. Couple years ago a lady got busted on the news for pan handling and having a Mercedes SUV parked in the next block. Lately there has been a guy pretending to play a violin, he has a huge speaker next to him you can hear it from across town, it's all pre recorded.
