ECIL | Lately the ones I've seen are better dressed an cleaner than usual. Two weeks ago I saw some lady, definitely foreign born, nice clothes, hair, etc. begging. Three people gave her money during one red light. Then someone I presume was her son walked up to her with a sign in his hand also. New shoes, clothes, clean cut look also. She wasn't too happy with me when I waved her away. I have no regard for people like her. No different than thieves. Being down and out is one thing, pretending to be is another. | |
